Hi Michelle - when you say "grilling" I hope you understand that these patties are to be fried in hot oil in a skillet - they are too loose/wet to be done on a grill - unless you used a piece of heavy foil on a grill to put them on. And even then I doubt if the outcome would be the same.
Just wanted to clarify - enjoy them - to my DH and myself, this is real old-fashioned "comfort food" They're good with fresh peas, and parslied boiled potatoes.
