Maple Butter
1 cup butter 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
Beat butter in small mixing bowl on high until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in syrup until well combined. Store covered in refrigerator for 3 weeks. ..............................................

3/4 cup butter softened 3 tablespoons maple syrup 3 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
Beat butter in small bowl until fluffy. Beat in syrup, walnuts and rind. Refrigerate until serving time.
