I am looking for a recipe that my mother used to make. She called it Frangipane pie. It contains the following ingredients; egg yolk, pineapple, cornflour, milk, sugar, coconut and vanilla essence. I have lost the recipe and am unsure of quantities to use. I have searched many sites to find this recipe with no luck. If anyone is aware of such a recipe i would be grateful for your advice.
