Since I don't know exactly what you are looking for here is the bread I make. If you make your bread on a high pressure day it rises much better.
If you want a 100% ww bread I can post that one too but it is heavy and my DH does not like heavy bread. If you do not want to use the egg use the 1/3 cup water and also put in 1 tsp granulated lecithin. It is not necesary to put sugar or salt in your bread, it just depends on what flavor you want. If you leave out the salt use less yeast.
Whole Wheat Bread, bread machine.
1 cup warm water 1 egg plus enough warm water to make 1/3 cup 1 teaspoon salt 1 Tablespoon seasame butter (or oil) 2 cups WW flour 1 cup white flour 1 tablespoon dough pep or gluten flour* 1 teaspoon yeast 2 tablespoons dry milk powder (I use soy milk powder) but this is optional, just gives a pleasant taste and helps the bread to brown.
Put in bread machine and let mix until blended then slowly add a few tablespoons flour at a time until proper bread dough consistancy.
* the gluten flour is optional but it gives the bread better texture if you use all purpose flour if using bread flour this can probably be left out.
