Sorry, I thought the recipe name was linked to the reply. It was a recipe for pate de foie gras. The text indicated it was from a 1951 cookbook. I believe it's the only one on your Website. I have tried from several different browsers, so I suspect the recipe wasn't properly posted in the first place. Thanks for your help!
