Hi Daytha,

I don't know if this will get as thick as ice cream but if it doesn't you could try cutting back on the amount of milk. If you have time, let us know how it turns out!

Wendy's Frosty (copycat)
rec.food.recipes/hcopeland (1999)

1 quart Nestle chocolate milk
2 (8 oz) containers Cool Whip
2 cans sweetened condensed milk

Mix all together and freeze in ice cream maker.
