There is no garlic in the original recipe but here it is:
CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS
3-4 lbs. chicken wings, cut at joints (don't use tips) 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp dry mustard powder 1 tsp ginger 5 oz. soy sauce 1/2 cup pineapple juice Use minced garlic to taste (about 4-5 cloves)
Place wings in ziploc bags. Mix ingredients together and add to the bag. Leave in fridge overnight. Shake bag now and then. Cover bottom of baking pan with aluminum foil. Place wings pieces on foil and grill in oven at 450 for about 10 minutes each side. Baste while grilling. Can be crisped more under the broiler for a couple minutes.
