We have a small pumpkin farm and grew green striped cushaw pumpkins to add to our decorative selection. To my surprise we sold more for cooking and canning that for decorative value. Many customers were asking for recipies. Most of the people who used them said that they had been raised in the Southern parts of the US. Many uses were mentioned, pies, custards, frying, candying, stewing, even stuffing with meatloaf But not one person gave me a recipe. Would like to know any info any reader may have. Help. Candy Mc.
