There is another recipe that is very good also. It was posted June 8th 2002 by Jonathan, Halifax, NS. Recipe(tried): Beavertails (aka Elephant Ears). We like this the best! Here in Montreal you can buy them fresh in many places. Really nice on a cold evening with a glass of hot apple cider!
