30 Minute Cornbread Fruit Pie
Want to have a dessert ready in 30 mins...
Well you take:
1 small (12-16 oz) can favorite fruit, drained 1/4 cup brown sugar 3 cups corn bread mix or 1 small box corn bread muffin mix 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup of milk 1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Pour fruit into pie pan or small cake pan; sprinkle with the brown sugar.
Mix cornbread mix, sugar, then add milk and egg, mixing until smooth. Pour cornbread mixture over fruit evenly. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until browned.
