An easy and quick way of making something similar to this is to take a tortilla and spread it with cream cheese then add stuff to it and roll... I usually make these with cream cheese, mustard, and meat... but I think I might try making a semi course mix of veges and putting them in the cream cheese and maybe throwing on a tomato or two and slices of cucumbers.... you could really use your imagination... I have no recipes using crescent rolls, but I think that the tortillas would be less fattening anyway.. Enjoy, -Laura
