Chocolate Pudding

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
6 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients. Mix with 1 cup cold water. Add 5 cups boiling water and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir well and cook until thick.

Chocolate Pudding

2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. cocoa
4 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix cornstarch, cocoa and sugar in saucepan. Add water. Bring to a boil. Boil one minute or until thickened. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and butter or margarine. Put in dish to cool.
