I went to a xmas open house at a cooking store today and they were serving this appetizer.
Peach Salsa Sausage Appetizer
1 (12 ounce) jar of peach salsa 1 (8 oz) pkg of cream cheese 1 lb of Italian sausge browned, drained, and cut into 1 inch pieces
You brown and drain the sausage, add the salsa and heat until warm. Put in the cream cheese that has been cut into cubes and heat until cheese melts.
They served it in a fondue pot. They had variety breads to eat with it.
It was wonderful.
