I'm looking for a recipe for a cookie that I made in a cookie exchange class years ago. They were called Chopins. I lost the recipe when we moved four years ago, and hope someone can help me out.
They were very light and had a lot of butter. I rolled out a soft dough and cut out small circles--probably a little over an inch across. After baking the cookies, they were put together with frosting. They almost melt in your mouth. Can anyone help me out with this recipe. Thanks. Judi Z
