This is how I have always done them - enjoy.
Gingered Pecans
2 cups pecans 1 egg white 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp of cinnamon 2 tsp. sugar
Beat the egg white until foamy and coat pecans; stir in the remaining ingredients. Spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake at 250 for an hour or till they are dry.
