Ambrosia Sherbet Yield: 12 Servings 3 c sugar 1 cn (large) crushed pineapple 1 cn (large) apricots; chopped 2 cn (6-oz) frozen orange juice 2 juice cans water 6 ripe bananas; mashed 1 can coconut 1 ginger ale or champagne
Mix thoroughly (Process in an ice cream maker, according to instructions) all ingredients except gingerale or champagne. Freeze in 1 quart (cardboard) freezer containers with lids. Serve with champagne or gingerale.
