Seafood Casserole Source: The Cotton Country Collection - The Junior Charity League of Monroe, Louisiana
1 medium bell pepper, chopped fine 1 medium onion, chopped fine 1 c. celery, chopped fine 1 can fancy crabmeat 1 can claw crabmeat 2 (5 oz.) cans shrimp (I'd be really tempted to use fresh seafood in this recipe). 1/2 tsp. salt Red (cayenne) and black pepper to taste 1 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. raw rice, cooked and drained Breadcrumbs
Mix all the ingredients together and put in casserole. Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes.
