Hot Seafood Salad
Source: The Cotton Country Collection - The Junior Charity League of Monroe, Louisiana

4 Tbl. chopped green pepper
2 Tbl. chopped green onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. crabmeat
1 c. cooked shrimp
1 c. cold cooked rice
1 package cooked, frozen English Peas
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 medium size bag potato chips

Mix all together except potato chips. Put into casserole, cover with crushed chips. Cook 30 minutes at 325 degrees F. Serves 6.
