1 whole firm Brie cheese (2 lbs) 2 tb butter melted 1 cup pecan or walnut halves Apple or Pear wedges or breadsticks
Place cheese in a 10 to 11 inch round rimmed baking dish (one you can bring to the table). Brush cheese with butter. Arrange pecan halves on top. Bake in a 350 F oven just until cheese begins to melt (10 to 12 minutes). Keep hot on a warming tray. Serve with fruit wedges for scooping up cheese. Makes 24 servings.
