I guess it's because I haven't looked for it in the store, but I haven't seen lard in years.

My grandmother was noted for her wonderful pies, and flaky crusts, and she used only lard!

Does anyone have a recipe for that old lard pie crust? I'd take my life and cholesterol in my hands just once and make one just for old time's sake!
