My husband and I went to Indiana, and had a box lunch. It had what looked like a 2 inch, round fried ball of dough similar to a doughnut hole. They were covered with cinnamon and sugar. They were called Hoosier Biscuits. Were they really a doughnut hole or is this something different and there are in fact Hoosier Biscuits? If so a recipe would be appreciated.
