Bolithos Oddball Salad
a bunch of fresh watercress 1 (10 oz) can of baby clams (drained & rinsed) 2 to 3 leaves fresh cilantro very virgin olive oil salt to taste black pepper to taste 3 finely minced garlic cloves the juice of a green lime
Finely chop the watercress and cilantro. Combine in a salad dish with all other ingredients; mix well. Put in cooler for about 3 minutes.
I ate the whole thing if you have guests you will have to figure out the amounts. Wash down with very cold chardonnay...nestor
