Whipped Cream Cheese
8 ounces Cream Cheese, room temp (fat-free and reduced fat is okay) 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream**
Beat cream cheese till fluffy, then slow beat in whipping cream.
**instead of using cream use your favorite flavor of jam, honey, pancake syrup or topping, or salsa. You can add raisins, dried fruits or nuts to any of the whipped cream cheese flavors. If you want to add just herbs use about 1-2 tablespoons of dried herbs and let mellow for a few hours in the fridge. For spices use 1 1/2 teaspoons.
