I just wanted to let you know what I did for the bagel chips, they came out really good.

I sliced bagels paper thin with a slicer then sprayed them with garlic-flavored Pam (vegetable cooking spray) and sprinkled with onion powder and garlic salt (just garlic powder didn't really do it).

Then I put them in an aluminum roasting pan in oven at 400F (you have to really watch them so they don't burn). Every couple of minutes I mixed them up.

They came out very good and made a big pan full. Next time I am adding grated cheese to them. nicky
