AMARETTO BUTTER FROSTING
2/3 C. butter, softened 6 C. sifted confectioners' sugar 1/4 C. Amaretto 1 to 2 T. milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cream butter. Gradually add confectioners' sugar, beating until smooth. Add Amaretto and milk, beating until mixture reaches spreading consistency. Stir in vanilla extract. Makes 3 cups.
