Some time ago, I made some Rhubarb juice and now I cannot find the recipe I used. I had been reading a Diane Mott Davidson book at the time, it may have been in there. Does anyone have a recipe that goes something like this.
Chop 16 cups rhubarb, add sugar and lemon juice, boil 8 cups water, pour overtop, add 1/2 litre white wine, refrigerate 24 hours. Strain through cloth into bottles or pitchers, refrigerate and drink.
I think it was something along those lines.
