Hi...This recipe is not from Southern Living, but a recipe that I have had for a long time..It is really good..I am not for sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but I hope you will want to give it a try!! :)

Peach Amaretto Cream Pie

1 9" unbaked pie shell
8 ozs cream cheese, softened
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
3 T amaretto liqueur
1 1/2 t almond extract
3 medium peaches, sliced and peeled
2T peach preserves

Heat oven to 375 degrees...Bake the shell for 15 minutes and put aside...Meanwhile..

In a large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth...Add eggs, 2 T of liquer and 1 t extract and mix well.

Pour this into the shell and bake for 25 minutes or until center is set and let cool..After the pie is col arrange peach slices on top of the pie.

In a saucepan, combine preserves, remainging 1T liqueur and remaining 1/2 t extract..Cook and stir until hot.

Smooth over the top of pie and chill then enjoy..
Refrigerate any leftovers!
