Lemonade Scones

3 cups of self rising flour
pinch of salt
1 cup cream
1 cup lemonade

Sift flour into a bowl. Make a well in the centre. Pour in the cream and lemonade. Mix with a fork until well combined. Tip onto a floured board and knead until smooth. Cut out scones and place on a greased baking tray. Bake at 220 degrees celcius for 10-12 minutes.
For a variety you can add cheeses dates or fruit too.
