Sugar Cookie Roll Outs

1 cup Corn Oil
2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

1. Cream oil and sugar thoroughly.

2. Add eggs one at a time to the sugar and oil mixture. Add baking soda next. Lastly, add flour, salt and vanilla. Mix all the way through.

3. Chill for several hours.

4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

5. Roll out on a lightly foured surface and cut into shapes. Bake for 8-10 minutes to golden brown.
