ANTIPASTO KABOBS
1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini 1 (14-ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained 1 (6-ounce) can pitted black olives, drained 8 ounces thinly sliced pepperoni 1 (8-ounce) bottle Parmesan Italian dressing
Cook tortellini according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain and cool. Thread tortellini and next 3 ingredients onto 25 (6-inch)wooden skewers. Place in a 13x9 dish; drizzle with dressing to coat. Cover and chill at least 4 hours (turning a couple of times within that period). Drain before serving. Makes 10 to 12 appetizer servings.
