Corn Nuggets
2 1/2 cups corn 2 eggs, seperated 2 tablespoons all purpose flour 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Combine corn, lightly beaten egg yolk, flour, sugar, salt, pepper. Beat egg whites. Stir egg whites into corn mixture. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium high. Drop batter by the spoonfull in the oil and fry till golden brown.
