Just a tip, I had a bunch of recipes fall in like that. I started adding a bit extra flour or leaving out a bit of liquids, whichever was easier in the recipe. It helped and now those recipes don't fall in. In some places there is more humidity and causes the flour to hold moisture. Just a thought.
