Buckeyes
1 1/2 cup creamy style peanut butter 1 stick margarine 1 lb powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup vanilla wafers, crushed
Cream margarine, peanut butter and vanilla. Blend in sugar and vanilla wafer crumbs and mix well. Form into 1" balls and dip with toothpick into chocolate coating, leaving top of buckeye uncoated. Place on waxed paper to set.
Coating:
6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate bits 1/4 square paraffin
Melt together in top of double-boiler.
