to shell hard boiled eggs easy...just put eggs in
cold water and put on burner...bring
eggs to hard boil and turn off burner...time eggs
for 10 mins... then pour hot water off and run cold water over eggs for a few min's.
tap egg and roll in palm of hand breaking membrane
and shell will peal right off. be sure and cover
pan with eggs after turning off burner. This really works even with Farm fresh...Fran~
