Hi Deb. I am thinking you could use the cherry pie filling and the biscuits to make a cherry bread pudding. I posted a recipe below that uses bread.

A second idea might be to layer the biscuits, with (vanilla pudding mixed with whipped topping) and then the cherry pie filling to make a refrigerated dessert. Let the pudding/topping mix soak into the biscuits to soften them.

Hope this helps. Kel

1 can cherry pie filling
4 slices bread, crumbled
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
pinch of cinnamon

Use 1 1/2-quart casserole or 8-inch square dish; spread pie filling in dish and top with bread. Drizzle with butter and lemon juice.

Combine milk, eggs, sugar and almond extract. Pour over bread. Press bread into egg mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350 degrees until center is done, about 1 hour.
