WHITE SAUCE PIZZA 1 Boboli pizza shell (or a shell made of: 1/4 pkg. dry yeast 3/4 c. and 2 tbsp. warm water 3 to 3 1/4 c. flour
After rises for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in warm place, roll out to fit pan.
Top with: 1 1/2 c. mushroom soup Salt, pepper Sprinkle of garlic 1 can chopped mushrooms or 2/3 c. fresh 1/4 lb. hamburger, fried with 1/2 small onion 1/2 green pepper, sliced thin 1 can pineapple, drained 1 c. Mozzarella cheese 1 c. Cheddar cheese 1 lg. tomato, cut into cubes
Spread soup and seasonings over shell. Cover with rest of ingredients. Place on cookie sheet or foil and bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes if premade shell or 1/2 if uncooked shell. Cut in wedges - serve hot. Serves 3 to 4 per shell.
