I have three leeks I need to use that I bought for our Oven Roasted Vegetables the other night and then did not get home in time to clean. I have never had a leek recipe work. Even Barbara Kafka's from Microwave Gourmet for Melted Leeks. They do not get tender. Maybe the ones I am getting are too big? Anybody have any ideas or great recipes?
