Thanks Ann and Judy. When I asked about the Russian Tea recipe a few years ago my Mom could not remember. I have tried to reproduce it a couple of times. I never thought of the cloves. I do want to pass along a substitute I have been using the past couple of years. This makes a 4 cup pot, and is good to carry to work in my thermas on cool days.

Use the 1 bag each of the following Celestial Seasonings Herb Teas

1 Lemon Zinger
1 Mandarin Orange Spice
1 Cinnamon Apple Spice
Plus
1 bag of any pekoe tea (I use Lipton)

Steep for 6 minutes.
Can be enjoyed without sugar
or add 1/4 cup sugar
