Chocolate Caramel Walnut Fudge Recipe Source : Diane's Traveling Newsletter
3 cups semisweet chocolate pieces 1 eagle brand condensed milk -- (14-oz) dash salt 1 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract In saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate pieces with sweetenened condensed milk and salt.Remove from heat;stir in walnuts, caramel topping and vanilla. Spread evenly into foil-lined 8 or 9 inch square pan. Chill 2 hours until firm. Cut into small pieces. Makes 2 lbs of fudge.
