Recipe for "Beer Bread"

3 cups self-rising flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can Coors Beer

Mix sugar with flour - then add the can of beer - mix with a wooden spoon - dough will be sticky - you do not knead this bread. Oil a loaf pan - 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2" deep. Spoon dough into pan evenly. Place in warm spot for 45 minutes until it rises. Pre-heat oven to 350 deg. - bake 45 minutes. Remove from oven - brush top with butter - turn out of pan - let set for 20 minutes before slicing. So easy & so good & so pretty you'll make it often.
