I'm searching for a recipe which appeared in Chocolatier magazine from ten to twenty years ago. I have misplaced it and have been unable to find it. It involved baking a chocolate cake (from a mix), then cooling it and shredding it. A mixture of whipping cream, melted chocolate chips and, I believe, melted butter was then stirred into the shredded cake, and the mixture was packed into a springform pan. When cooled, it was topped with a chocolate ganache glaze. I believe the recipe was from a reader of the magazine. It was an incredible cake. I would be truly grateful if anyone has this recipe!
