I had this starter, then when we were without power in my area for 5 days, it died. I have just found your recipe, but do not understand one thing about it. Help, please.

After putting together original starter mix, letting it sit for 6-12 hours is there a step between this and feeding it in 3-5 days?

How soon can I use the starter?
