Mocha Frappe Mix 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules 2 teaspoons cocoa 2 teaspoons powdered non-dairy creamer 1/3 cup milk, or water 1 cup ice cubes, approximately
Place dry ingredients in a blender. Add milk or water and blend until ice is slushy. Pour into a tall glass and serve with a straw or spoon.
Coffee Frappe
1 gal vanilla ice cream 1 pt cream, whipped 1 qt double-strength coffee
Chill coffee and pour over ice cream which has been broken into chunks. Stir in whipped cream and serve. It should be about the consistency of a milk shake. This can be made ahead and frozen. Serves 35.
Cappuccino Mix
1/2 c. instant coffee granules 1/2 tsp. grated dried orange peel 1 c. non-dairy powdered coffee creamer 1/4 c. granulated sugar 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon Finely grind coffee and orange peel in a blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended. Store in an airtight container.
To serve: Stir 2 or more teaspoons of coffee mix into 6 ounce hot water. Yield: about 1 2/3 cups mix
