Now that summer is here, there are beautiful tomatoes everywhere, and a wide variety as well. I have been eating a lot of vine tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, grape tomatoes, and now I'm looking for some recipes or techniques to prepare tomatoes. Any advice/recipes are appreciated. Thanks!
