Well, I've done a search and I can't find the exact recipe yet.

We were at a party and a gentleman brought a hot dip that his wife sent along. It had shredded chicken, possibly beans, possibly olives or peppers and definitely cheese. It was something a little different and none of us could keep away from it. I can probably get the recipe but I wondered if anyone here might have an idea what it is called. I wonder if it had Rotel in it?
