CRABMEAT AND PASTA CASSEROLE
1 lb. crabmeat, thawed and drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup milk 1 cup uncooked small seashell macaroni 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup each onion, bell pepper & chopped celery
Saute onion, bell pepper & celery in butter or margarine. Combine all ingredients and put in a casserole and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until macaroni is tender. Yield: 4 servings.
