A friend of mine told me she read that it is possible to use egg roll wrappers to make manicotti. I am interested to hear form anyone who has used the wrappers. I have made them using the home made egg batter and find them preferable to purchased maicotti shells. I need to made amount to feed 60 people and am interesed in using the egg roll wrappers (rather than making all the pancakes) if they are going to give me a tasty product. Any information will be appreciated.
