Amy, this is a tasty yet simple recipe for halibut. I made this last week and my DH and I enjoyed it.
Peppered Halibut
1 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil 1 tsp lemon juice.
Combine together, and rub mixture all over fish. Let sit at room temp for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with kosher salt and grill. Grill about 4 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve fish with lemon wedges.
