Hi Susan, no it is not semolina , it definitely was farina cooked in milk and mixed with ricotta,eggs and h.cream and baked and cut in squares. I am sure it had other ingreds, eggs,sugar....it was made by a italian woman.if i see her again i will try to get the recipe..
