Tricia, I have used buttermilk for a "Buttermilk Baked Chicken" its awesome. One of my husbands favorites. Its great with mashed potatoes. I highly recommend it. There is also a recipe for a carrot cake in the new issue of Southern Living... it has a buttermilk glaze and sounds wonderful! Other than that I have not had a chance to try any of the other recipes. But I plan on trying the Blueberry Coffee cake this week. I will let you know!
